Interviews, interviews and more interviews. If I have learned anything, it is that the people will guide you to solutions. Executives understand the big picture (usually). The staff on the ground understands the obstacles, challenges and typically have several ideas and alternatives.
Our approach: after obtaining a high level perspective from relevant executives, we set out to interview “influencers.” People in key positions, people who aspire to be in key positions as well as those who eschew leadership. It doesn’t take long in most companies. In less than one week, we will have the information necessary to provide a high level path forward for most every scenario, including cultural challenges, operational inefficiencies, process imbalances, bottlenecks and yes, even challenges to growing revenue.

The cost is to get started is minimal…typically less than $6000 depending on the size of the organization. One half of our clients take over the action items after our Outcomes Presentation, the other half ask us to help with implementation. It’s your call.
