My career has been an incredible journey filled with some of the most talented people and the most challenging scenarios imaginable. Every moment seemed to build on the prior, and the learning has never stopped. After a particularly grueling turnaround stretch which culminated in becoming the CEO of a NASDAQ publicly traded company and positioning the company for sale, I knew it was time I set out on my own.

For the past seven plus years, I have helped others realize their business objectives as an Interim CEO, Fractional Executive and Business Counselor. I bring three decades of sales, management and organizational leadership experience with an emphasis on technology, software development, sales strategies, client service models, efficiency enhancement and general management.

Assisting companies with pragmatic business advisory services in either a full time or project basis is what I’m most passionate about.

Process improvement

It is extremely rare to come across a method or process that cannot be improved, and improved substantially. It begins with identifying three or four key business drivers that can be measured and quantified and developing a plan to improve those metrics. Correcting software defects, improving flow-thru at a manufacturing facility, implementing preferred vendor campaigns, speeding up collections, designing client service models and developing sales processes are a few examples of process improvement scenarios where we have driven results.
